Sales Consultants

The ideal sales consultant candidate is capable of operating his or her own business within a business, meeting our high standards, and growing fast within our company. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential. Prior auto sales and Toyota knowledge and experience a plus, but not required.

BDC Managers

The ideal candidate will help us generate more appointments, coach our bdc staff, recruit and retain talented individuals, and exceed our sales goal set by Toyota. If you feel like you have the talent, drive, passion, and customer service skills this is the career choice for you. McGee Toyota will provide you with all the tools you need to succeed such as a top rated CRM system, a very large customer data base in excess of 30,000, a supportive sales management team, and a large inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles. 1 year of automotive sales required.

Lot Attendant

Duties include, but are not limited to: Keeping dealership lot organized Light grounds keeping responsibilities General lot labor (snow removal during winter months)

Toyota Technician

We are looking for a Certified Toyota Technician that will be able to work in a fast paced environment, be a team player and be able to perform accurate and timely diagnostics/repairs. Must have own tools, possess a good positive attitude and have approximately 3 years of automotive experience.
